The renting of the villa will be done by the owner himself.

All the different taxes, extra costs, also the breakfast are included in the price. This is not always the case in a hotel room, which can bring the price up to sometimes $ 100.00 or more per person / day. The solution: rent one of our villas, to have all advantages.

Villa Naga: prices and discount in USD: valid for the whole year.
1 - 7 Nights 550.00 US-Dollars per night net: with car and driver inclusive***
1 -14 Nights 400.00 US-Dollars per night net: without car and driver***
1 - 21 Nights 350.00 US-Dollars per night net: without car and driver***
1 - 30 Nights 300.00 US-Dollars per night net: without car and driver***
*** Breakfast, linen, cleaning and small service are included.

After 31st. night, global price after consent from both sides, including additional costs like services, personal, washing, cook, catering, breakfast, bedding, cleaning, small services, and car with driver. Generally no taxes, additional charges and extras are on demand.

Payment Conditions:

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50%, 30 days in advance is requested.
The rest of the payment is to be paid before departure. Any additional costs, (for damages to the property) will be added at that time.
Traveler checks are not accepted.

Cancelation conditions:

To cancel a minimum of 15 days before arrival, the deposit of 50% will be returned. Should the canceling be shorter than 15 days before arrival then the deposit is lost.
